Make an appointment

To make an appointment :

  • Online
Please fill in the online form for urgent appointments / advice before 10am to allow the practice to prioritise the requests.

After 10am be advised that the online form is just for routine requests and admin queries. If you think you request is urgent then please call the surgery on 0161 375 1000.

  • In Person

Help with an appointment

  • if you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse by phone, face-to-face, by video call or by text or email
  • if you need an interpreter

Home visits

If you are housebound and need an appointment, we will do a home visit. We will phone you first to understand what you need.

Home visits are available to patients on the day or pre-bookable, these can requested by calling 0161 375 1000 or by using the online form.

You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. Your GP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it.

However you choose to contact us, we may offer you a consultation:

  • By phone
  • Face to face at the surgery
