You can fill in an online form or call us on 0161 375 1000.
Filling in an online form
You can use the online form telling us about your health concern. This will be directed to a member of the team – and we’ll contact you to arrange an appointment. This is an easy, convenient way to contact us and it can save you time by avoiding busy telephone lines.
Calling the surgery
Our highly-trained team will ask some questions to make sure you get the right healthcare.
If you need to order a repeat prescription, you can now do this online using the NHS app. Please do not call the surgery to order repeat prescriptions. This helps us to help you by freeing up our time and phone lines. It means we can spend less time on routine tasks and more time helping you with more immediate concerns.
Home visits
Home visits are available to patients on the day or pre-bookable, these can requested by calling 0161 375 1000 or by clicking on ‘Consult with your doctors online‘ from the homepage. You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. Your GP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it.
Routine appointments
The purpose of routine appointments is for general health queries, diagnoses, and monitoring of conditions. Routine appointments last for 15 minutes. When you contact the surgery you will be offered the next available appointment. Our waiting times for next available appointments vary throughout the year, however we always strive to reduce the time our patients need to wait to obtain the next available appointment. If you wish to book a routine appointment you can complete an online consultation form or call 0161 375 1000.
Urgent / emergency appointments
These appointments are available on the day, a patient can call on 0161 375 1000 or attend the practice where the patient will be asked a series of questions to ensure that they get the appropriate medical care required. This could result in advice over the phone or in person and even be a referral to another service.
Weekend / evening appointments
These appointments will be by our extended access service, these appointments will be held locally.
